Description
• We are seeking a skilled and craft-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our team • You will drive the creation of exceptional user experiences by balancing user needs with business goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor designers on craft, and stay updated on industry trends • This role requires a proactive problem-solver committed to enhancing overall user experiences • Advocate for the end user throughout the design and development process
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • Proven ability through a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design projects and processes, including problem statements, user research, design solutions, and resulting outcomes • Excellent team collaboration, communication and cross-functional skills • Capability to handle various projects, tight timelines, and adjust to shifting priorities • A strong understanding of accessibility standards and how to design inclusive user experiences • Familiar with lean UX, agile and scrum processes
