Description

• Formulate Glo’s data strategy and implement the appropriate architecture • Enable data-driven decisions across the Company • Build scalable infrastructure and deliver analytics with predictive modeling • Lead the team to improve data reliability and quality • Develop and test architectures for data extraction and transformation • Develop and maintain predictive models • Ensure data quality and integrity • Mentor junior data scientists and stay up-to-date with advancements in data science • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven solutions with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and SAS • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, MixPanel, Google Looker • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms • Knowledge of data engineering and data warehousing concepts, including RedShift, Redshift Spectrum, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively and lead projects • Experience mentoring junior data scientists • Experience with ML Models for new Product Features & Fraud, Open Source Data Visualization tools, and Databricks
