• Drives results and takes ownership of key account relationships • Manages and ensures quality services to clients • Delivers communications services for high-profile global events • Develops integrated communications strategies • Demonstrates a deep understanding of cross-functional areas • Crafts smart, authentic and relevant strategic messaging • Supports firm leaders to grow and develop existing business • Develops client budgets and business plans
Requirements
• 4-8 years of related agency experience in strategic communications • Background counseling complex global non-profit organizations with multiple stakeholders is a plus • Exceptional ability to pivot seamlessly between client advisor and team manager • Highly entrepreneurial, organized, and proactive • Critical and strategic thinker under pressure • Has a disciplined approach to planning and measurement • Exhibits confident, credible counsel and presence to clients and leadership • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Minimum degrees BA/BS in English, business, journalism, communications, international affairs or related field preferred
