Description
• Develop and refine the community vision and product strategy for Good Inside, helping all of our members feel less alone in their parenting journey. • Contribute to the overall product roadmap by creating and maintaining a prioritized community roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals, features, and milestones. • Support our community forum manager by becoming the in-house Circle product expert (Circle is a community forum platform) • Collaborate with the core mobile product and engineering team to conceptualize and implement features and enhancements that infuse a sense of community through key parts of the user journey. • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions. • Consistently monitor community feedback and sentiment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in building communities for products • You have 3+ years of experience in product management • Experience leading product initiatives, driving product strategy, and managing cross-functional teams • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization • You have exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
Benefits
