Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior data management role, preferably within a technology-driven company • Experience in enabling federated data products and data solutions development through building frameworks, architectures, and data tools • Expertise in AWS Cloud, Postgres, Kafka, Databricks, and Looker • Strong hands-on experience with data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering • Demonstrated ability to work with high levels of abstraction and ambiguity • Experience enabling self-serve analytics capabilities for business users • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
