Description

• Manage projects to ensure deliverables within scope and budget • Require 80% onsite time • Develop, maintain, and review project status slide briefings • Develop and review project schedules • Develop project scopes, management plans, and other documentation • Track action items for reporting through completion • Utilize collaboration site for project tracking and documentation • Manage and coordinate responses to client requests • Review project budgets and vendor proposals • Research best practices to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in related field • 10+ years of related project management or program analyst experience required • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required • US resident with an ability to pass public trust clearance • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable • Construction knowledge a highly desirable • Experience with logistical move Commercial furniture design, procurement, and management experience
