Description
• We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Associate who is passionate about improving the landscape of behavioral healthcare • You will work on a dynamic Strategic Finance team and collaborate closely with various departments at Grow Therapy • You will have broad exposure across the entire business, providing data-driven insights that will shape our strategic direction • You will play a critical role in steering Grow’s strategy and driving profitable growth • This role is in-person Monday - Thursday at our HQ in Soho
Requirements
• You have 2+ years of investment banking or private equity at a top-tier firm • 1+ years of an analytical role at a tech startup • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and are adept at driving decision-making from a data-driven perspective. You are an expert in Excel and proficient with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker). SQL proficiency is a plus • You have a low status, high grit attitude. You love getting in the weeds on complex projects, being a team-player, and taking on unglamorous work to support others • You have exceptional organizational skills and thrive in fast paced environments with constantly changing priorities • You have a Bachelor's degree
