Description
• GuidePoint Security provides cybersecurity expertise and solutions. • As a Training Design Intern, develop and deliver training materials. • Collaborate on instructional design and curriculum development. • Assist with multimedia production and content management. • Evaluate training programs and provide feedback.
Requirements
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. • Proficiency in using instructional design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, etc. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Experience with a corporate LMS, such as Docebo, is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management skills. • Creativity and an eye for detail. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Microsoft Office skills appropriate to course development.
