Description
• Work closely with Global Head of Healthcare to plan primary research content that will cover patent litigations within pharma and medtech patent litigations • Monitor pharma and medtech patient litigations, keep track of the court filings, court procedures, trials, and opinions • Write reports that provide clients the overview patents being litigated, status of the litigations and the next steps in the process, and a summary of the relevant court filings • Lead interviews as a moderator featuring expert patent lawyers to discuss the patent litigation outcomes • Prepare for interviews by reading court filings, public company SEC filings, reviewing investor presentations, monitoring news releases, and analyzing Wall Street research reports
Requirements
• Juris Doctorate in patent law • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a law firm with pharma and medtech patent litigation role • Experience and Ability to lead a team of junior moderators and sales professionals • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels • Intellectual curiosity and desire to research and learn on a daily basis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
