Description
• Lead a team of 8 in driving cohesive data strategy • Build strong partnerships with other technology leaders • Develop high-quality data solutions and architectures • Lead technical team to build efficient code using Apache Spark and Databricks Delta Lake • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and products • Lead the development of a world-class data lake for the healthcare industry • Organize and drive cross-functional projects • Mentor and coach engineers to build a data-driven culture
Requirements
• 5+ years managing Engineers • 8+ years cumulative experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Architect • BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field • Extensive skills in stakeholder management • 8+ years experience in big data technologies (Redshift, S3, Databricks, Spark) • Working experience in one of: Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, CoreMetrics
