Description
• Collaborate on highly visible and cross-functional projects • Provide guidance and strategic recommendations to influence leaders • Assist in modeling longer-term business initiatives • Perform deep-dive analyses that drive actionable insights • Help define and create a ROI framework • Partner with several business partners for reporting • Mentor and develop the strategic finance team
Requirements
• 8-10 Years of work experience in Financial Services, Consulting or Corporate/Strategic Finance • Advanced Excel and Presentation building skills with experience in financial modeling • Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized; able to work under tight deadlines • Comfort working cross-functionally, communicating complex financial information • Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership • Positive attitude, optimism and willingness to learn • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or quantitative field
