Description

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems. • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, compliance, quality, and security across the organization. • Drive the research, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems • Ensure the successful integration of AI solutions into existing business processes and systems. • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. • Develop and implement the strategic vision for data analytics across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on advanced statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial impact analysis. • Guide the development and implementation of robust analytical methodologies and processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully leading data engineering and AI teams. • Familiarity with AI research and development tools and platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks, generative AI technologies, and big data platforms. • Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data security best practices. • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and SQL. • Experience in big data technologies (Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, Spark) • Working experience in  one of these tools Looker/Tableau/Amplitude/CoreMetrics • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
