Requirements

• 2+ years managing a high-performing sales development team • 5+ years in a sales function • Natural, relationship-obsessed leader empowering direct reports to meet and exceed quota • Enjoy hands-on approach to personal development and coaching • Adaptable, dynamic, and work in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional time management skills • Know how to best use metrics and data • Experience in hiring a great team
