Description
• Lead the design process of our digital product • Collaborate with engineering team on high-impact initiatives • Utilize diverse design techniques from sketches to prototypes • Guide design decisions with user-centric approach • Champion alignment with user needs and core values
Requirements
• 3-7+ years of experience designing web-first digital products as part of a multidisciplinary team • Deep understanding of the Service Design and UX Design disciplines • Experience with industry-standard design and research tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, User testing, etc.) • Strong communication and organizational skills
