Description

• Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers to be used during the ETL process. • Designing and developing SSIS / SQL ETL solutions to acquire and prepare data from numerous systems for processing. • Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to another. • Debug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data. • Design, implement and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes) and database security. • Analyze and develop strategies and approaches to import and transfer data between source, staging, and ODS/Data Warehouse destinations. • Test and prepare ETL processes for deployment to production and non-production environments. • Support system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plans. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader. • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or other related fields. • 2+ years of experience as a software engineer in commercial web-scale system software development and delivery • Combination of .NET frameworks and SQL Server experience with T-SQL programming (minimum 2 years) • Having experience between 1-2 years developing SQL queries in MS SQL server 2008, 2012,2017. • Having experience between 1-2 years working with Microsoft technologies like ASP.Net, VB.Net/C#.Net, and Web Services. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) • Experienced in VB.NET/C# programming language. • Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools related to API (Postman, WCF Client) • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Flexible, team player, "get-it-done" personality. • Ability to organize and plan work independently. • Should be a self-motivated, independent, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. • Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA/Bit Bucket will be added advantage.
