• Lead 3 to 4 teams in developing high-level strategy with clients • Engage with media and influencers for effective communication strategies • Inspire and energize teams to achieve significant business impact • Support agency operations and maintain a respectful work environment • Drive projects independently while tracking against goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience growing teams and delighting clients • Strong relationships particularly with business, broadcast and influencer media • Strong grasp and creative use of social media channels • Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities • Ability to manage PR Programs • Exceptional client management skills • Ability to think clearly and project confidence amid crisis situations • Ability to generate a plan for a campaign or an entire PR program • Ability to generate and edit various forms of communication • Maintain 2 direct reports and assist in their development • Proactively set up quarterly goals with principal
