Description

• Hillel at Binghamton needs a solutions-oriented, creative, highly organized professional with exceptional communications skills to serve as our next Office Administrator • Responsible for the financial management and also supporting organizational operations • This is a 25-hour per week, hybrid position

Requirements

• BA\BS degree or equivalent practical experience • 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative, operations, or office manager role • Outstanding organizational skills; should enjoy developing systems, organizing documents, and implementing systematic workflows • Exemplary time management skills, including the capacity to juggle competing priorities and deadlines, and to remain flexible within an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of essential computer software programs, including Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, and donor software (Little Green Light) and the agility and resourcefulness to learn new technologies • Impeccable discretion and appreciation of confidentiality
