Description
• Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join the Supply Chain team • Sourcing Manager will work cross-functionally to deliver the company’s API and finished-good sourcing needs • Support supply chain optimization goals
Requirements
• BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with Strategic Sourcing and improving supplier performance • Familiarity with contracting language and experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and processes • Strength in negotiations, cost/price analysis, and purchasing procedures is also essential • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required • Experience working with finished goods, third-party contract manufacturers or manufacturing is required • Experience with or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement is preferred • Experience in pharmaceutical industry environments is strongly preferred
