• Oversee creation, maintenance, and implementation of SOPs for pharmacy operations • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership on SOP development • Document procedures for pharmacy projects • Create, review, and update SOPs as needed • Maintain ownership of SOP versioning • Ensure SOPs are accurate and aligned with pharmacy standards • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency • Conduct regular audits for SOP compliance • Develop training materials based on SOPs • Maintain training schedule for pharmacy employees • Communicate SOP changes to stakeholders • Collect feedback for SOP improvement initiatives
• 3-5 yrs of experience in process documentation and SOP development, preferably in a pharmacy environment • Bachelors degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders • Attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise procedures • Familiarity with document management systems and tools • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to pharmacy will be helpful
