Description
• Lead and manage employee comms assignments including newsletter publishing and event coordination. • Provide operational support including data collection and report compilation. • Create and share communication protocols and governance processes. • Monitor and analyze comms metrics for improvement recommendations. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing and/or Marketing Operations. • 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing and operations teams. • Proven record of developing and executing communication programs. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage deadlines. • Proficiency in communication tools for analytics and reporting. • Ability to lead via influence and be agile.
