Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across different levels and functions • Strong sourcing and networking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
