Description

• Build new features from top to bottom…from UX to database • Collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse group of people, giving and receiving feedback for growth • Work with a group of top-tier engineers in a low-process environment powered by trust and autonomy • Drive decisions and consensus asynchronously with thoughtful documentation • Ship fast. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-time in software engineering with a focus on full stack development • Advanced knowledge of React components, hooks, and lifecycle methods • Experience with complex state management using React Context, Redux, MobX, et cetera • Expert level CSS skills with experience implementing responsive designs • Experience maintaining and developing enterprise scale TypeScript applications • Experience designing and implementing backend APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) • Functional proficiency with any strongly typed language such as Scala, C#, Java, Go, Kotlin, et cetera • Experience working with gRPC/Protobuf • Proficiency working in multiple cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills, with the tendency to want to automate repetitive tasks to make things easier going forward. • A passion for writing testable code and testing it - Knows what to test, what not to test, and what kinds of tests matter in the front-end and the back-end
