Description
• Assist with filings of legal pleadings and motion papers • Document management (physical and electronic) and document production • Trial and deposition preparation • Cite check, bluebook, and fact check documents and create Tables of Authorities • Prepare exhibits for various legal processes • Create trial and case binders • Utilize litigation support software programs and other spreadsheet and database programs • Work closely with firm attorneys on legal projects
Requirements
• Four-year college degree • Strong academic background • Paralegal certificate or work-related experience at a top tier commercial litigation firm considered a plus • Superb organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of bluebooking and cite checking considered a plus • Willingness and ability to work overtime and long hours • Good judgment and high ethical standards • Familiarity and competency with technology • Good client service skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask
Benefits
