Description

• Implement and assess services and activities for the aging population within NYCHA’s Elliott-Chelsea Houses and at Hartley House • Develop new initiatives and manage workshops for seniors on mental health and physical health • Act as liaison for clients and oversee formal money management • Evaluate program activities and develop new initiatives based on results • Collaborate with community partners and engage in Continuous Quality Improvement

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work • Minimum 5 years of direct service, preferably as Program Director • Willingness to work a flexible schedule when necessary; some evening hours and weekends required • Must be able to travel to multiple sites • MSW SIFI/student field instruction certification preferred • Conversational Spanish and/or Chinese preferred
