Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record of building high-performing, motivated teams that thrive on collaboration and excellence • Expertise in website management tools, CMS, analytics platforms, and A/B testing. Deep understanding of conversion optimization techniques • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks effectively • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to drive data-backed decisions • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • A team player who fosters positivity, accountability, and continuous learning within their team • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a focus on driving improvement and innovation
