Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influential CLM, AI, and industry analysts. • Execute an Analyst Relations (AR) plan, including regular analyst inquiries, briefings, and research reports to showcase our strategy and innovations. • Monitor analyst firm research and event calendars to ensure optimal coverage for Icertis. • Share key analyst research and findings with Icertis stakeholders. • Plan and execute analyst briefings and inquiries to drive positive perceptions of Icertis. • Ensure Icertis' inclusion in analyst reports, market perspectives, and industry presentations. • Assist with internal and custom research studies for the analyst community. • Manage the process for timely research reports on Icertis, including Gartner CLM MQs, Forrester Waves, and IDC Market scape reports. • Coordinate with Corporate Communications and Demand Generation teams to promote positive analyst reports. • Oversee responses to research RFIs, manage the full research report process, and ensure all deadlines are met. • Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of Icertis' analyst relationships. • Develop strategies for onboarding new analysts and strengthening existing relationships. • Create a quarterly analyst newsletter highlighting customer success and company news.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Analyst Relations or related experience, preferably in fast-growing SaaS or technology companies. • Interest in learning and incorporating technologies like CLM and AI/GenAI into workflows. • Experience negotiating and managing analyst contracts, with a strong understanding of different analyst firms' rules of engagement. • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong persuasive communication and negotiation abilities. • Excellent project management skills: detail-oriented, able to prioritize and balance changing business requirements. • Ability to work well in a team and interact successfully at all levels of the company. • Demonstrated exceptional judgment and strong leadership presence. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent.
