Description

• Expert-level cloud engineer for Icertis CloudOps team • Strategic technical strategy, solutions, architecture, and diagram design • Deployment, configuration, security, and monitoring of Azure services • Innovating thought and automation for workflow efficiency • Hands-on management of Azure services using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps • Security of client environments and customer data maintenance • Participation in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation for monitoring alerts and troubleshooting • Collaboration with various teams for project success • Documentation of systems, processes, procedures, and infrastructure configuration • Individual contributor role with title and salary based on experience • Role focused on secure SaaS service delivery for Azure Government customers

Requirements

• 15+ years working on available, resilient, and secure infrastructures • 8+ years in building, deploying, and supporting mission-critical IaC cloud first infra • Automation experience with PowerShell, Linux/BashShell, Terraform, JSON/YAML, Ansible • Proficiency in serverless and container technologies (Azure Function Apps, Docker, AKS) • Experience designing, building, supporting Azure DevOps pipelines • Strong skills in Windows Systems, Linux Systems, Network administration, IIS administration • Solid understanding of cloud concepts, storage, compute, networking components • C#, ASP.NET application coding and debugging skills • Monitoring key indicators for availability, diagnostic, performance, logs • SQL Expertise with replication, backup/restore, stored-procedures, schema, query • Experience in scrum or sprint lifecycle using work item/ticketing queue • Customer-centric attitude, communication skills, and passion for business objectives • Continuous learner keeping up with industry trends, technologies, tools • Experience with Microsoft Government Cloud and Azure services • Working knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS services • Familiar with Elastic Search, Kibana, Redis Cache • Comfortable using Azure Portal, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Azure Active Directory
