Description
• Develops integrated project plans for multiple indications • Identifies key deliverables for cross-functional teams • Leads work plan updates and risk discussions • Plans drug development stage-gate decision points • Develops dashboards for project scope, timelines, and risks • Supervises and develops PMO staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of Project Management experience • 15+ years' industry experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Industry • 10+ years' experience in drug development Project Management role • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
