Description

• As a senior product designer at Imprint, you will create solutions that touch every part of a cardholder’s journey. You will need to be comfortable context-switching on all types of projects that make a compelling co-branded credit card experience. You will be successful in this role if you feel a large sense of end-to-end ownership over the experiences you design. • Design, test, launch, and validate your solutions • Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft • Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, crafting visions, and establishing frameworks • Ideate and design complete user flows that fit into a larger design system • Simplify complexity by breaking down tough problems and developing actionable solutions • Mentor and lead the other members of the product design team • Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces and work cross-collaboratively across teams to come up with innovative solutions • Constantly evaluate if we are serving the cardholder and Imprint

Requirements

• A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences • Outstanding product ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps • 5+ years of experience designing consumer experiences (experience designing for multiple platforms is a huge plus) • A track record of building and optimizing design systems • Experience running research, both qualitative and quantitative • A hunger to use data and insights to make solid product decisions • Track record of impacting company-level objectives • Comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback • Competence in relevant design and prototyping tools • Emphatic commitment to personal growth and development • A drive to tackle internal and external ambiguous problems

Benefits

• Competitive compensation and equity packages • Leading configured work computers of your choice • Flexible paid time off • Fully covered, high-quality healthcare including fully covered dependent coverage • Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and option to enroll in an FSA • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents • An understanding that successful remote work requires flexibility and an appreciation for asynchronous work • Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units — stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
