Description

• Be the technical point of contact for key brand partners, guiding design, development, testing, and launch of a new card program. • Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and implement solutions regarding Imprint’s platform functionality, bespoke integrations, data sharing flows, etc. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and solve pivotal problems that impact program success. • Contribute efficiencies within your team and others throughout Imprint by designing, implementing, and refining scalable practices. • Lead by example and be consulted by peers for sound judgment, advice, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of consultative professional experience (e.g. consulting, professional services, or account management). • Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. • Ability to lead discovery and process mapping sessions and create internal & external project documentation (e.g. integration design, process workflows, standard operating procedures). • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (e.g. APIs, databases, SDKs, web technologies, etc.), and desire to improve technical acumen. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical, high-level stakeholders.
