Description

• Work with customers to help them adopt Indico data automation solutions • Work with business owners, qualified users and stakeholders to find the best way to solve their needs with Indico data • Manage onboarding of new Customers and ensure that their use cases that leverage Indico IPA are successful

Requirements

• Be a self-directed and active learner • Be comfortable with public speaking and presentation skills • Be communication-focused • Be a deep desire to connect with users and help make machine learning a more accessible technology • Have hands-on experience with ticket tracking systems such as: Jira, Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM platforms • Be a part of a software organization that is committed to equal treatment of all employees
