Description
• Responsible for the creative direction and execution for a large ecom production client • Handle all aspects of the ecom creative process • Ensure output of work meets client's expectations and quality standards • Serve as on set ecom Art Director • Liaison between client and IC team • Create and update documentation for creative guidelines • Oversee casting and network of support staff • Keep up with ecom trends and brainstorm creative ideas • Lead testing of new creative initiatives • Work closely with Production + Merchandise Manager to schedule shoots
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as an on set Art Director • Experience in ecommerce production • Ability to create and execute against a brand's vision • Strong understanding of retail, fashion, and design • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work within tight deadlines • Inspiring work ethic • Strong collaborative skills • Ability to work well under pressure • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
