Description

• Assist in the creation and improvement of the product, working closely with engineering and design teams. • Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of users, often involving user research and feedback collection. • Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, aligning product goals with business objectives. • Oversee the development and implementation of new features, from ideation to launch. • Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators to inform decision-making and prioritization. • Work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product’s success.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of technology, has been a dev, tech degree, experience with tech teams • Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams. • Passionate about product development and improvement, with a user-first approach. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a flexible, adaptive work style. • Experience in Blockchain and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) is a plus but not mandatory.
