• Provide support to participants attending court dates and engaging in services • Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers • Conduct presentations on local social service agencies • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation aligned with program model
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Comprehensive knowledge of criminal legal, housing, child welfare, and/or mental health systems preferred • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
