• Manage the provision of therapeutic services and support group programming for young people in the South Bronx • Develop healing-centered community practices and programs • Provide social work consultation and support for staff • Lead case conferences and team meetings • Provide individual counseling, advocacy, and case management for young people impacted by community violence • Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and community-based events • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to strengthen support systems • Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings • Engage in community outreach and engagement activities
• LMSW required, SIFI certified or eligible • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience or equivalent • Commitment to anti-oppressive practice and centering BIPOC communities • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Knowledge of youth engagement, victimization, and community violence • Understanding of the criminal justice system and related institutions • Experience with individual case management, trauma reactions, and working with marginalized youth and those impacted by the criminal legal system
