• Provide task supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers • Ensure fidelity to program model • Conduct routine case audits • Support de-escalation efforts • Convene team meetings • Collaborate with compliance team • Provide staff support and training
• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 4 years direct practice experience required • Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system preferred • Therapeutic intervention training and experience preferred • Supervisor experience preferred • Masters degree and license in mental health field valued but not required • Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
