Description

• Ensure USA regulatory compliance and oversee quality assurance activities • Act as liaison with top USA customers and mentor Quality and Regulatory team members • Monitor Quality Control teams on finished products and investigate deviations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline • Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control and regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry • Understanding of cosmetics in North American, EU & Canada markets • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO) • Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP) • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills • Certification in quality management (e.g. ASQ or Six Sigma), HACCP, and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications is a plus
