Description
• The Sr. Data Analyst role involves delivering compelling insights, performing detailed ad hoc analyses, building business cases, and analyzing sales, operational, and consumer data • The role includes owning the analytical ecosystem for partners' fulfillment centers and assortment, developing assortment selection requirements, and partnering with various teams for process improvements • This position also entails being a source of truth, building and maintaining SQL-based data sources independently, and occasional travel for hands-on collaboration with retail and fulfillment partners
Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, merchandising, analytics, or a relevant field • Advanced SQL and Python skills, with proficiency in Excel • Experience in translating data into actionable insights and strong communication skills • Familiarity with lean concepts and continuous improvement • Ability to predict cascading effects of process changes and maintain a positive and energetic attitude • Preferred: Advanced experience with Excel and proficiency with inventory management software
