Description

• You will lead the initiatives that drive the quality selection of our people at Interface.ai for US region. • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates • Proactively identify and address hiring needs • Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures • Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse talent from various backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to foster a more inclusive and innovative environment • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience • Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs • Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand • Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS) • Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires

Requirements

• Should have total 15+ years of experience in recruitment. • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a management position of a recruiting team hiring competitive R&D, GTM, and G&A talent • Minimum 5+ years of experience at a fast paced start up, SaaS, or technology company is a must have. • An empathetic mindset to seek understanding first before arriving at answers and conclusions • Curiosity and drive to build rapport with leaders and understand our various business units and product offerings
