Description
• Collaborate with the Director of Product for AI Training to create AI training product strategy. • Ensure the company remains an industry leader by adopting new technologies. • Recruit, train, and manage multiple teams of software engineers focused on web interfaces and tools.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering managers in a high growth environment. • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, able to discuss technical issues. • A deep understanding of the training process for AI models. • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI model training processes. • Familiarity with designing and implementing systems involving human participation in data generation and model training. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
