Description
• Responsible for every aspect of a system's user experience • Solve complex challenges in a customer-facing environment • Work with development teams and customers to envision and design applications • Develop new ways of visualizing market data • Partner with Visual Designer to define solutions • Communicate effectively and influence client strategy • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment • Learn new skills and build rapport with end users • Help clients realize the tools they need in their solutions
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture • Ability to define and drive the design process • Hands-on experience in user research, solution sketching, and wire-framing • Interest in solving real-world business problems • Experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Effective communication skills • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in design-related field (preferred) • Experience designing interactive, transactional expert systems (desired) • Knowledge and interest in global financial markets and products (desired)
