Description

• Support the Content Director and/or VP, Group Content Director in leading a content team • Execute integrated marketing efforts with partners • Manage all aspects of pre and postproduction process • Asset transfer/collection and content approvals • Contribute to presentation buildout • Ensure tactical components of custom programs are delivered successfully • Monitor competitive industry and marketplace trends • Day-to-day responsibilities include program negotiations, production oversight • Author simple Creative briefs • Lead brainstorms and provide value for custom content • Collaborate with media planning and buying leads • Evaluate and provide POV on partnership proposals • Assist in monitoring overall media promotions and custom execution budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years professional experience in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, production, creative or the arts • Client and team management experience required • Experience in media buying, planning or sales a plus • High level of comfort and ability in presenting to clients and internal team members • Self-Starter, demonstrates initiative • Creative and adaptive thinker that enjoys learning, taking on unfamiliar challenges • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to manage people on different workstreams across various clients • Thrives in fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset • Advanced knowledge of industry trends • Solid research skills, including systems training • Excellent written and verbal skills • Creative/copy-writing ability a plus • Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently • Maintain clear communications with those you report into • Eager to learn and grow from peers and collaborators • Photoshop, Illustrator, copywriting, video editing (a plus but not required) • Experience working across various client industries such as retail, beauty, finance, insurance, or tech a plus
