Description

• Lead a content team of 3+ direct reports covering executing integrated marketing efforts • Manage all aspects of pre and postproduction process • Leadership in Presentation buildout • Ensure tactical components of custom programs are on track and delivered successfully • Monitor competitive industry and marketplace trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 8+ years professional experience in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, production, creative or the arts – client and team management experience required • Experience in media buying, planning or sales a plus • High level of comfort and ability in presenting to clients and internal team members • Self-Starter, demonstrates initiative • Creative and adaptive thinker that enjoys learning, taking on unfamiliar challenges, and shaping new strategic approaches and frameworks • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to manage multiple people on different workstreams across various clients • Thrives in fast paced environment • Collaborative mindset • Advanced knowledge of industry trends • Solid research skills, including systems training • Excellent written and verbal skills • Creative/copy-writing ability a plus • Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently • Photoshop, Illustrator, copywriting, video editing (a plus but not required) • Experience working across various client industries such as retail, beauty, finance, insurance, or tech a plus
