Description

• Define and articulate a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, designers, and other stakeholders. • Use customer insights, market research, and data-driven analysis to inform product decisions. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams for product delivery. • Manage the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business goals. • Identify new opportunities, technologies, and solutions that enhance product value. • Regularly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of leading high-performing product teams, driving product strategy, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of software development and product life cycles, with a solid grasp of UX/UI, data analysis, and agile methodologies. • Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems, with the ability to turn feedback into actionable product improvements. • Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and business strategy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
