• The Sr. Director of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain operations. • This role involves strategic planning, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the effective implementation of systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in consumer goods, preferably in the beauty industry. • Proven experience in production planning, procurement, and supplier relationship management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential production and supply chain risks. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. • Knowledge of domestic and international logistics, including freight forwarding, customs regulations, and Incoterms. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
