Description
• Lead continuous improvement of the initial product through design and engineering, manufacturing runs, as well as QA/QC • Develop future product lines with added functionality to increase wider market access • Manage teams, contractors, and consultants for product development projects • Oversee the delivery of production-ready plans and manage production quality control/assurance
Requirements
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Software, Engineering, Industrial Design or other relevant disciplines • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in software-driven hardware product development and manufacturing • Experience with IoT devices or consumer electronics • Familiarity with PCB design and firmware development • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360) and other design tools • Hands-on experience with product prototyping, including 3d printing, CNC rapid prototyping, and similar methods
