• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent experience • 5-7 years full-time technical support experience • Technical certification in a relevant technology discipline (preferred) • Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver’s license • Flexibility to work various shifts and 24x7 off-hours coverage
