Description
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple lines of business • Facilitate candidate communications from initial sourcing and screening to final scheduling and offer • Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique business needs of each department • Develop and maintain both active and passive candidate pipelines within Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday • Actively manage all administrative functions of the recruiting process • Assist with HR initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field • 0-1 years experience in corporate or agency recruiting
