Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a professional portfolio • Mastery in distilling software challenges into feasible solutions • Interest in helping users and improving their experiences • Comfortable working on problems without clear answers • Able to unpack technical details in a new domain • Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to create a design ethos within the firm
