• Provide organization and coordination support for engineering initiatives • Lead projects through entire lifecycle • Define goals, develop timelines, track milestones, manage developer time, identify risks, and coordinate with related teams • Communicate project schedules, priorities, and status updates • Collaborate across a wide range of teams • Operate in a flexible problem-solving environment • Be a strategic thinker who considers group and project goals • Work independently on small teams, learn on the fly, and make impactful decisions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other technical field preferred • Experience working directly with engineering teams • Experience managing software development projects • Experience with project management planning tools (i.e., Jira, spreadsheets) • Ability to describe detailed problems with brevity and accuracy • Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Fluency in English required
